those humps look alot more mellow than CWC. I like how the entrance to the oververt has no flat and is big. Wont be long.

yeah, the pump-bumps are definitely mellower than CWC. And the turkey-shoot into the over-vert will be fun as hell. You can thank Jim of Print Mafia for that one. He made a comment and Wally took it to heart.

Went by tha park Thursday night the combi is just big you will have to yell to talk to someone across the pool, stepped off the shallow end coping to coping almost 30ft.across that gives you an idea how big the pool is long. The hip's are mellow and willbe easy to ride. The spine and the tompstone in the street area looks like a lot of fun. There is just a lot of riding surface, tha pool and flow area is scary close!!

I especially liked the shot of the long bank with tombstone. Hearkens to a ditch rider's dream setup, only with smooth crete and something wonderful opposite. Thanks again Nathan. It's a pity there isn't an emoticon that drools, because that's my emoticon right now after those shots...

WaaaaHooooooo!!!! I can't wait to ride that. The pictures look great!! As far as I know, Wally used the plans that he drew up for the knoxville skatepark to make the BG park (with a few additions). I am jealous, that should have been in my town. I hope that wally will do something even better for us when we get new plans this summer. Congrats to Bowling Green!!!!!!!!

hey all. I am here with what may be my last update. In the greatest of all cosmic jokes, the park (which was originally supposed to be open before xmas) will now not be open till at least late Jan to early Feb.... about 3 weeks after I leave. So, I expect all of you to learn all the good lines and share them with me when I return in July.
As for the park, CA Skateparks have taken off until after New YEars. Once they get back, they have about 5 days of pouring and rebar work left and then a couple of weeks for it all to cure. Providing Scott/Murphy get on the ball, it could all be ridable by the last week in January. I took shots of what was done just before they left. I tried to have people in the shots to get some frame of reference.
I have to say cudos to Eric for this wicked site and to Lyle "Coach" Donoho for some freakin AWESOME sessions. LONG LIVE LYLIEWOOD!! You guys keep it real and I'll catch ya on tha flip side. peace out.
Nate
